Yorkshire Photo Walks Terms & Conditions 1. Photo Walk Bookings All Photo Walks must be booked prior to attendance. This can be completed online, through the Yorkshire Photo Walks website or over the phone. Failure to make a prior booking could result in you not being able to take part in the session. 1.1 Payments All Photo Walk bookings must be paid for before you attend. Payments can be made using PayPal, (where a £2 admin charge will occur), or via a bank transfer. 1.2 Cancellations In order to receive a full refund you must provide at least 48 hours notice when cancelling a Photo Walk, otherwise you will still be charged. All cancellations made before this deadline will be refunded in full, (minus the admin charge if booked through PayPal). If a Photo Walk is cancelled by Yorkshire Photo Walks a full refund will be given to all participants. 2. Insurance and Safety When taking part in or travelling to and from a Yorkshire Photo Walk the participant is responsible for their own safety and that of their photographic equipment and personal belongings, including vehicles. Yorkshire Photo Walks will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal possessions. 2.1 Public Liability Yorkshire Photo Walks is covered by a Public Liability Policy up to £5m. 2.2 Your Health & Safety We ask you to read all the information about a walk before booking. It is up to the participant to make sure that the session they book is suitable for their ability level. If you are at all unsure, please contact Yorkshire Photo Walks for advice. When taking part in a Yorkshire Photo Walk please make sure you adhere to the countryside and highway codes. If using a vehicle to travel to and from an event please make sure you park sensibly and lock your vehicle. Yorkshire Photo Walks will not be held responsible for any damage caused to a vehicle or loss of contents during a Photo Walk. Please make sure you are dressed sensibly for the conditions on the day of your Photo Walk including foot ware and any relevant waterproof protection for photographic equipment. 3. Social Media, Photo Sharing & Permissions We encourage participants to share their images taken on the walks using various social media platforms. Copyright will remain with the photographer unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions of that particular social media platform. Please note Yorkshire Photo Walks may ask to use an image for marketing purposes. Please do not share any inappropriate material or material unrelated to Yorkshire Photo Walks. Please refrain from sharing any images of other Photo Walk participants without gaining their permission first. Any inappropriate content will be deleted at the first possible opportunity. 4. Photo Walk Etiquette Any foul or abusive language or behaviour on a Yorkshire Photo Walk will not be tolerated. Anyone breaching this rule will be asked to leave the session. Failure to comply will result in further action. Please respect other participants, the Photo Walk leader and other contributors to the session. Please refrain from photographing other walk participants and the walk leader without gaining their permission first. 5. Inclusivity Policy Yorkshire Photo Walks is an all inclusive organisation. If you have any special requirements please notify us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. 6. Gift Vouchers All gift vouchers must be paid for before they can be redeemed. They can be ordered from the Yorkshire Photo Walks website or over the phone. All gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase. 6.1 Gift Voucher Redemption To redeem a Photo Walk Gift Voucher, fill in a form to book a Photo Walk, select the option to pay with a voucher and enter the voucher code in the box provided.
